Dr. Hema Jha (NMC No. 5913) is the principal dentist at Shangrila Dental Clinic. She completed her BDS from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal's leading medical institution, in 2005, then earned a Government of Nepal scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in Prosthodontics and Implantology at Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. She subsequently served as a government dentist at Kanti Children's Hospital and as a lecturer in prosthodontics at Chitwan Medical College and Kantipur Dental College. She is a member of the Nepal Medical Council, the Nepal Dental Association, and the Nepalese Prosthodontics Society, and holds a particular focus on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Ujjwal Pyakurel is the clinic's in-house specialist orthodontist. He holds a BDS from B.P.K.I.H.S and an MDS in Orthodontics from West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University. He is certified in Invisalign orthodontics, trained in lingual orthodontics in India, and holds a fellowship in advanced and digital orthodontics from Taiwan. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at a private dental college alongside his clinical work at Shangrila. Dr. Bishwo Prachanda Sedhain is the clinic's Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, handling complex extractions and surgical cases. The team is supported by dental hygienist Aarju Ranapal, who holds a three-year dental hygiene qualification and has over four years of clinical experience.
