(INHUMANE TREATMENT BY DENTISTS) The service at reception is excellent, but parents, please don't take your children to this clinic if you don't want to experience the worst sensation of your life... I took my 5-year-old son to the clinic for a tooth extraction. He was evaluated, and everything was fine up to that point... We waited for him to be called, and that's when the worst moment of my life…

began. You know when you don't feel confident in the dentist's words or gaze, as if she didn't know what she was doing? She gave me the anesthesia, and I'm sure she didn't know how to apply it, that the anesthesia didn't work. Because when she touched my son's tooth, he screamed, saying it hurt, and what made me angrier was that I kept asking her, "Doctor, are you sure the anesthesia really worked?" and she insisted, saying yes, that it was normal, and I knew it wasn't normal. My son was screaming in pain, she pulled my son's tooth out raw. She told me it was because he was scared. I knew that wasn't it; it was because it really hurt. Because she didn't know how to do the procedure correctly (SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO APPLY ANESTHESIA, SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO EXTRACT TEETH, IF SHE HAS NO PREPARATION AT ALL, PLEASE DON'T HURT OUR CHILDREN!) Not to mention that my son was choking on the gauze in his mouth and she let him, I had to remove the gauze and throw it in the trash (AS A MOTHER, I DON'T WISH ANYONE'S CHILD TO GO THROUGH WHAT MY SON WENT THROUGH IN THAT CLINIC). AS A MOTHER, I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN TO MY SON, FOR LETTING THAT IRRESPONSIBLE WOMAN ABUSE MY SON AND STILL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY IT WAS NORMAL, THAT IT WAS BECAUSE HE WAS SCARED OF ME. My son isn't a noisy child, he's calm. If he said it hurt, they should have just stopped the procedure. I knew something was wrong. I paid just for my son to feel pain and be mistreated. (Mothers and fathers who read this horror story, please don't take your children to this clinic that only cares about the client's money, not their well-being.) I only didn't ask her to stop the procedure because I was afraid my son would have a hemorrhage in his mouth. I tried to reassure him and calm him down, saying "Son, it's over," but only God and I... We knew how my heart was feeling seeing that inhumane situation that irresponsible woman was creating... Simply put, my son will be traumatized for the rest of his life, and so will I. He's been to other dentists since he was only 2 years old, and I've never seen my son so unwell as he was this time! (WORST DAY OF MY LIFE AND MY SON'S)
I loved it, it was the best choice! I found it by chance on Instagram, my father needed to redo his prosthesis because the old one was very old. He is very happy with his new smile 🩷 Thank you to the whole team!!!
