Very good dental experience. Really thorough with the explanation by Dr Felicia, and excellent customer srvice by Miss Ng. The tea was good. All very professional. I would recommend this place for everyone. Loved the fixed price for rm99 for polish and scaling
Dr. Felicia is very professional and attentive to detail. I visited her to remove my upper left wisdom tooth, which was overcrowded and could potentially damage my other molars. She clearly explained my dental condition and why it was necessary to extract the wisdom tooth in order to protect my surrounding teeth. me to make a decision on my own), i had very very sensitive teeth and i can feel Nad giving me soft pats at my forearm, like she's telling me "its okay and its going to be done soon". My fiance was scared too but he had a good session with his doctor, he gave a pain level of 2/5 which is fairly good compared to his usual place where he gives a pain level of 4/5. can't wait to come back for my next checkup as im happy that they are doing the best to make me feel safe and protecting my pearly whites!
Doctor Felicia is good and professional . Give advice that consider long term solution for the patient
Good environment and great experience here! The staff are friendly, only the parking spaces are just hard to find.
