Dr. Siek, and both were excellent. They explained our dental conditions clearly and thoroughly, walked us through the proposed treatment plans, and patiently answered all our questions. Dr. Goh was especially gentle and attentive with my daughter, who has sensitive teeth, constantly checking in to make sure she was comfortable. Dr. Siek, on the other hand, was very efficient and skilled — quick yet precise. Overall, a very positive experience. Professional, caring, and comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone considering dental treatment in JB.
Excellent service by Dr Jeffery! Friendly staff, a clean clinic, and a professional dentist who explained everything clearly. I highly recommend SEPA for quality dental care!

Dr. Siek is a very gentle and caring doctor. He always takes the time to explain my condition clearly and provides practical advice on how to manage it. Truly a 5-star experience.
I saw Dr Jefferey, he was great! Treatment went smoothly, he very patiently explained what was wrong with my tooth and laid out options for me. clinic is really good. I did an X ray and they had a very new, very advanced looking device I have never seen before. They could even show me the 3D model of my jaw afterwards! For the price you pay and the type of service you get in exchange, I would highly recommend SEPA!
I like to sincerely thank Dr Jeffery and nurses for their patience and attentive care during my visit. Everyone was very professional and kind, which made the experience much more comfortable. Thank you again to the SEPA Dental Clinic team.

Dr Goh and Ms. Aisyah are very nice to us. Dr Goh won't hard selling of their treatment and only recommend us for teeth filling if and only if necessary or serious case. Have a pleasant teeth scaling experience, and Dr Goh was very professional in both examination and explanation.

I had my teeth cleaned and filled here. Dr. Jeffrey was very thorough, and the nurse was quite friendly. The environment in Sepa was very clean and tidy.
🦷 Amazing experience! No long waiting time at all (which is so rare for dental visits). From the front desk to the nurses and dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Felt like a 5-star service — loved the personalized welcome board, blanket during treatment, and even a warm towel after. Highly recommended! 🤍

Clean and cozy dental clinic with reasonable prices. Receptionist Cua and the dental nurse were very friendly and polite. Dr. Goh was very attentive and professional, explaining dental issues clearly and making sure I was comfortable during the treatment. Great experience and will definitely come again!

The environment inside didn't feel like a dental clinic at all; it was very upscale and made me feel relaxed. The receptionist and assistant were very attentive. Inside the room, there was a small welcome screen displaying everyone's name. The dentist, a young man, carefully examined each tooth, analyzed which ones needed treatment first, and was very transparent about the price without any hidden…

This was my first time getting my teeth cleaned here, and it felt really different from other places. The process was much gentler, without any soreness or discomfort.
