Had a fantastic experience at SEPA Dental. The appointment booking was quick and efficient, and the staff were very warm and attentive upon arrival. The doctor and nurse was extremely professional throughout the scaling and polishing procedure — gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Each visit was great with the good environment, skill-full dentist and friendly assistance that makes me fearless. Highly recommend to anyone who is still struggling to get a good dental.
My first teeth cleaning experience was good; there was almost no pain. Dr. Lee was also very patient and reassuring. The price of the cleaning is just a rough estimate.
Great team and service. I was impressed, would definitely visit again.
Dr. Justin is well-spoken, I’ll give him that though perhaps a little too fond of his own sarcasm. Comments like “your teeth really need help” and “you need to learn how to floss” before starting treatment were definitely not the best way to calm a nervous patient. , open” no breaks, no pause, just constant discomfort. I’ve never felt this uneasy in any of my previous dental visits, and I have a high pain tolerance. The dizziness afterward said it all. Dentists should always be clear about how many teeth they’re working on. He never mentioned that he was doing THREE at once, only to finish with “enough work done for today,”when I asked him how many he did. As if it were a favor instead of a paid service. (Honestly wish I had that recorded👏) For the price paid, I expected professionalism and care. I regretted my visit and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dentist. I visited another dentist today and it was nothing compare to my visit at Sepa 😭.
Dr Darren and Team was superb, was recommended through a family member and he did not disappoint. Super careful, pain free, managed to provide a 6-12 month plan to overall improve certain issues from just one consult. I would strongly recommend him and his team.
