Had a great experience at SEPA Dental Publika. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the treatment. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Really appreciate the follow-up after treatment as well — it shows how much they care about their patients. I had a fantastic experience here. They were very friendly, attentive and punctual. I did teeth cleaning and whitening, and the process was very smooth.
The 5 stars reviews online and on XHS wasn’t a lie. We had an incredible time there and also were shock that it didn’t feel like a dental clinic at all and more like a reflexology. Dr Darren is incredible - quite possibly the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had such a great experience with him on two previous visits that I brought my mum, who is extremely afraid of dentists, to see him. Don't be fooled by these positive reviews. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned, and I found this shop nearby. Many reviews said they were very gentle, so I went there. They even used anesthesia to finish the cleaning. I saw many before-and-after photos of teeth whitening and polishing in the reviews, and everyone said it was RM599 for whitening and polishing, so I chose that too. However, they…

didn't tell me the price wasn't that during the appointment, nor when I entered the shop. Finally, when I was about to pay, they said there was a government tax, bringing the total to RM634. The experience was terrible. The worst part is that the teeth weren't white at all. I spent the money and suffered a lot; now my teeth are very sensitive. I can only say that some problems you have to experience yourself. I've put the before-and-after photos together: the top one is before cleaning, and the bottom one is after cleaning and whitening… I will never go to this shop again.
Clean place, they are real specialist and share with their input on the outcome of your tooth. This input is a good awareness for me. I really appreciate doctor’s Joshua advise. Thank you! I highly recommend this dental to others.

The doctor did my scaling with minimal discomfort. I must say the doctors there are very professional, and their admin team possesses good customer service skills to follow up with me from pre- to post-treatment as well. Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful experience at this dentist’s office with deep scaling/root planing with anesthetic. Dr Justin was knowledgable and kind, checking in multiple times to ensure there was no pain. 5/5, I would not hesitate to book an appointment here!
