braces or having to extract any teeth! For scaling, Dr. Marini was excellent. I had a great experience with her. Before starting, she explained everything gently and clearly, and she did a very thorough deep scaling that left me very satisfied. She also advised me on the type of toothbrush that would be best for my teeth. The Registration team is also very good and polite. Throughout my 6 months here, it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I’ve never encountered any delays, appointments were handled smoothly, and even rescheduling was managed promptly and efficiently. Sebaris Aligner Studio is simply the best! 😊

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided during my invisible aligner treatment. I’ve already paid full for my treatment, going to have 2 times IPR. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I discovered the clinic was closed. There was no prior notice to inform me or reschedule the appointment. I ended up waiting outside the clinic for almost 30 minutes before having to call and find out that they don’t even operate on Sundays. The staff’s response was equally disappointing. There was no sincere apology—just a simple instruction to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule via WhatsApp, the replies were slow and unhelpful. It took repeated follow-ups to get responses, even for inquiries about my aligner issues. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially as a patient seeking genuine dental care. Please work on improving your communication, scheduling system, and overall customer service. This level of service is unacceptable for a professional dental clinic. Updates as of 4 Dec 2025: The management reached out to apologize and offered a solution, which I appreciate. I trust that they will take steps to improve after this incident. Overall, I feel satisfied as they genuinely addressed the matter with care.

Honestly super mindblown at how painless the whole procedure was. This was my first time in my entire life getting an oral injection (for filling) and Dr. Karynn made it SO comfortable (didnt even realise the needle was in) 😱 almost fell asleep during the treatment! Go look for Dr. Karynn to do your treatments! She is super patient and gentle! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Great experience! Cozy ambiance, bright and clean. Always had a fear of dental visits. But, Dr. Bala made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment "Wisdom Tooth Surgery". Explained clearly on the treatment and what to do next. Overall would recommend this place to friends and family. Booking appointment slots was also fast and easy. Looking forward to my next visit!
