Very good service, the dentists here are better than Australia and much cheaper. I had to have many fillings and i fell asleep it was that smooth. Definitely recommend

Went in as I had broken a tooth. Attended to me on the same day. Staff and doctors are very friendly, helpful & professional. Had a crown made and fitted. Needed to go back to do minor adjustments which they fit me in straight away. I’m very happy with the work they have done.

I was very nervous when I first attended the clinic but the very professional and kind team put me at ease. I had numerous root canals and amalgam replacements. I also had 4 implants started with bone grafts and a sinus lift. This was all done within 10 days and I will be back in 6 months to finish having the crowns completed. the stand out was how gentle and professional the dentists and assistants were and I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the entire clinic. My daughter took advantage of being with me and had a whitening appointment with a take home top up pack. She was pleased with the results and caring attitude of the team.

session took no more than 15 minutes and very rushed I think you need to slow down your cleaning procedure in future and make the patient feel comfortable and safe not anxious and terrified of chocking not all of us can breath through our noses , this was a terrifying experience for me and will not recommend your clinic to anyone in the future. Charging 2000 for fifteen minutes is an exaggeration whilst my wife being Thai who was in Your care for nearly 30 minutes was charged 1500. Excellent. I had two zirconia crowns placed on my front 2 teeth - both of which had root canal many years ago which meant the procedure was risky. Dr Pimjai was my dentist and made sure I was happy with the look and feel and also fixed some small unrelated issues I had on surrounding teeth. They will let you rather die instead you help you in an emergency case. That's more or less what the customer service tells you on service. You report pain and need immediate extraction of teeth, still explaining you to get general consultation etc, and can't give you any date. The entire team worked in perfect harmony—six hands at once, ensuring I was completely comfortable and that every detail was handled with precision. The call center was also exceptional—they made sure all my requests were taken care of, and I received every appointment and service right on time. Their coordination was seamless and reassuring. Before my travel I spoke to the team though email and they made sure to analyze pictures I sent and consult with doctor and provide prices for me. I left absolutely thrilled, smiling confidently with results that exceeded my expectations. They even provided me with a night guard that I adore—it’s incredibly comfortable and fits like a dream. And of course the prices are great , they did not charge me for anything extra and even gave me additional things for the aftercare. I have come back to Sea Smile after 15 years ago getting 2 x veneers fitted from Bangkok Smile. I never had a problem with veneers but wanted to upgrade to 4 crowns and 2 veneers.
