Satu Dental, where can I find the best way to ask questions so they'll be answered faster? I've been waiting for days on WhatsApp and still haven't gotten a response, even though I'm supposed to have multiple treatments. Your WhatsApp replies are the same as emails; emails could probably be answered faster. Are you aware of your Satu Dental customer service?

I finished my teeth scaling treatment here using a voucher sold on Shopee, there are no additional costs whatsoever unless there are add-ons. The service here is really good! Clinic is as up to date as other modern dental clinics. They even have their own x-ray machine. Went to this clinic for ortho. Doctor was great. I was treated like a premium customer. No problems so far. Happy.

I was treated by Dr. Caroline Septiani and Ka Lala, their service was extraordinary, the doctor answered all my questions patiently and well, honestly I'm afraid of going to the dentist but here I'm not at all. The experience of using Satu Dental was truly extraordinary for me, and I was very satisfied, They served me very well and professionally ❤️💯💯💯. They are having a lot of promos this June and their fees are very TRANSPARENT, THERE ARE NO UNEXPECTED COSTS, I only spent 969,000 for: teeth scaling (I have a lot of tartar, guys), filling the back molars that have quite large holes, stain remover, and there is also a dental z day. This fix is cheap because previously I thought wow I spent millions. This is really my experience that I want to share with you guys, honest opinion. 🤩🥳

have stitches removed or what, but I forgot to move to this dental office. He was in excruciating pain for over a month, and after the treatment, the pain was so bad he couldn't sleep. He didn't reply to the doctor's contact and didn't reply for a while, but it seemed like he was scolded and told it was NORMAL there! It's as if my little brother is being overly critical and getting scolded, even though he's a very pain-resistant child who usually doesn't want to cry when he's in pain. Imagine how much pain he was in back then, eating porridge every day until he lost no idea how many pounds because of the pain, people say it's NORMAL, NORMAL, and it turns out it's not. It took over 2 hours to remove one wisdom tooth, which in many places is only 20 minutes 🙄 After we moved abroad, he got up the courage to have it extracted again, and it was painless and completely different from this place, taking only 20 minutes and no problems at all. Btw, I also had 2 teeth pulled elsewhere in 30 minutes, and it didn't hurt, like a person with a cleft palate who was swollen like he used to be who couldn't eat anything, even though he took all the medication and I didn't take any other medication except the one that was required, and I also ate carelessly, after a few days I was able to get 2 more teeth pulled. My friends also have a lot of stories about nothing as serious as his tooth extraction, and other dentists in Jakarta also have it on average 20 minutes and it doesn't hurt, just a little swelling but it's still normal, unlike my sister's experience, even though they can't stand the pain. Sorry to say this is all bad, I'm really fed up, this emotional hearing & knowing all this is like being treated as if we were the ones who are not normal, haha. It seems like a lot of reviews are buying it 😂
