I received excellent care from the doctor, a great professional. However, the receptionist needs to be replaced. It takes a very long time to schedule an appointment, and when she does respond, there's up to a day's wait. She then schedules appointments 20 to 30 days later, even though consumer law stipulates a 7-day timeframe.

if she was bothered when I spoke well of the clinic, I believe she is not satisfied with her workplace. She was also rude! I'm changing clinics and I've stopped recommending it to my friends solely because of this uncomfortable incident.
