I brought my son here from Oklahoma. We flew out of DFW. He needed 2 crowns. There would have been $3550. We came to Playa on vacation I stead. We got our whole 7 day trip, with air, and rental car, plus 7 day all inclusive meals (We have a condo in Xcaret) and his 2 crowns for what it would have cost us if we had it in the US. I loved everything about my experience with Sani! Their communication was excellent, the clinic was pristine and high tech, and the service was incredible. Absolutely devasted. Had a full extraction and implants 7 months ago. Had temporary teeth installed very badly, which I did advise them a month after surgery, Have had terrible trouble speaking and eating as there is so much plastic in my mouth. Went to a dentist in my home Country , found out that the implants have been positioned wrong that is why I have no molars. Also not in the correct place…

in the gum so if I had the permanent teeth fixed it would look so odd as the gum and teeth wouldnt meet. Have to have further surgery to rectify the issues. It's definitely not worth going here as they are not experienced in this procedure. I have wasted $$$$$$$ s . Wished I had gone to an experienced dentist in the first place.

Hi karen, I wanted to update you. So I chose sani dental. On my way my maps took me to apparently far away- and my battery died on my car and my phone was at 6%. They called me as I was late and I explained my situation and the receptionist had me share my location and within 10 minutes a driver was there who then tried to message with the car and had me put it in neutral so he could push it back…

exactly in parking lines. He then unsuccessfully tried to roll my window up by pulling it by hand and drove me to the dentist which the building touched a 711- i needed a phone charger and the kids were all borderline meltdown stage- so I ran in for snacks. He came in behind me and my one card wouldn't go through and as my phone didn't turn on i couldn't tap to pay for the hotdogs my kids had already devoured half of in line. He pulled out his credit card and told me not to worry about it. I went upstairs with kids that were a nightmare, hot, tired and not wanting to sit still. Imagine the screeching... "avery stole my tablet!" Ear splitting screeching. Immediately ladies came from behind the desk and grabbed the kids settling them on the couch on their laps turning on cartoons. From there the driver came back and took my key and went back to try to start car and the ladies said he was going to bring my car to the office for me. They charged my phone and even called hertz and spoke Spanish to get me help. Apparently the car wouldn't start for him so he came back and took me and the kids insisting on stopping and paying the meter again so I'd be good until 10 am tomorrow (apparently they boot your car immedietly if the meter runs out) . He then brought me back to my hotel and said he'd be back at 1030 tomorrow to bring me to appointment then back after. When I gave him money I'd withdrawn after the appointment while waiting for him to come back- he told me it was too much and made me take some back. The doctor during the exam had better equipment then my dentist at home has ever used on me and he told me that a lot of the work my dentist at home said I needed was completely unnecessary the I just need crowns not implants. He explained everything really well and they have one of the ladies who works there coming to the hotel to watch the kids tomorrow for a very reasonable cost. The clinic has been a blessing- so much more then I ever would have asked for or expected. If a clinic can be this kind and go that far above and beyond for a mess of a client like I was today- I just will never be able to repay the kindness they showed me. With a dead car battery and 6% on my phone with 4 small kids and super limited spanish- they were my knights in shining armor.

The night before we were leaving Canada my veneer came loose. Nightmare. But my wife found Sani dental online and booked an appt before we left. Hector picked me up at reception and delivered me to the dentist, who had my vaneer cemented back in place easily. So quick and easy and cost only $60 CDN. Back to vacationing now.

My root canal crown broke and I was having so many issues with it coming off and having to glue it back on so I decided to get a dental implant. am someone who always felt uncomfortable at the dentist and they were very warm and friendly and made me feel very relaxed. They also arrange pickup and drop off with their driver Alfredo and Rafael. The facility smells good is super clean and never had to wait long to see the dentist. This is my final appointment tooth is in and I am so happy with the results. Oh I also treated my self to teeth whitening and I haven’t stopped smiling since. I have some more dental work I want to get done and will be back. I recommend Sani Dental as the #1 dentist in Playa Del Carmen. Price is great , staff is amazing and my smile is even more beautiful.

The place is super modern. They are super polite. But deep cleaning is 480 usd and according to the x-ray they wanted to pull out my theet as there was a whole on it, but i highlighted that i would like to save it. Great office, top notch equipment. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Dentist Erick made 3 crowns next to each other, within only two visits. Beautiful work! The staff arranged all pick-ups from and to the hotel and the airport. I would go again!

lengthy procedures, and was so knowledgeable. The surgeon was so very informative, competent, and kind. Felt like we were being agreed for by family. Why can't we have this quality of dental care in the USA? Financially and medically it was absolutely worth the trip! Even the drivers were beyond helpful and kind! anyway while I was under. Due to my PTSD as a whole (not just dental) in spite of my complete confidence in all the staff here, I did have a panic attack prior to getting my IV in for the procedure. I can’t tell you how gracious they all were. They were so gentle and helped me calm down and from that point on it was a breeze. In the US I was told that due to some structural complications (extremely long and thin roots) I would have to see a highly specialized oral surgeon in the US for removal and possibly remove part of the jaw in order to remove all of my wisdom teeth. They had absolutely no issue removing my wisdom teeth here- they just took their time and were very intentional and thorough. They took multiple panoramic X-rays before and after to ensure it was perfectly executed. I couldn’t be happier or say enough good things. Of course, even with full dental insurance in the US, the cost savings for the entire trip and paying out of pocket here were astronomical. However even if it was the same price or more to come here, I would still find a way to come back here for all future dental needs. I’m so grateful to everyone here at Sani-Dental Playa Del Carmen. ❤️ I can’t thank everyone enough.
