3 years old, so we needed a long-term solution. I had 5 extractions, a sinus lift, bone graft, and 8 dental implants. The doctors did a great job creating a treatment plan that worked for me, and made adjustments throughout the process as needed. I would have paid between 70-80k for this is in Canada, and even with the cost of travel and accommodation, I paid half here in Mexico. I could not recommend this clinic more! Thank you Sani Dental for giving me my smile back!

This is my third year going to this particular practice, and I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and honest. Everyone speaks English well. The doctors and technicians are all a pleasure to deal with and seem to always have my comfort and health foremost in mind. I will continue to use them as long as I am able to travel there.

The Playa Del Carmen JANI office was amazing! I was in-and-out in less than 2 hours. The entire office was great, Luis provided a painless implant! They also had the medications available to purchase there at the office, so I was quickly back on the beach! gh I sent specific information on what services I needed, it appears no one really pre-reviewed them, or passed them on to my destination. The Playa Del Carmen office made up for this inefficiency, and saved a potential missing-day of vacation! Very professional office, I would definitely recommend them!

I had a lot of work done with Sani in late 2023 and then again in 2024. All of the major work was done at the Los Algadones location. This year I had to get a replacement crown and chose to go to Playa Del Carmen since we also wanted to take a vacation. e pleasurable. SANI made it very easy for us to find a hotel with their recommendations sheet and we chose the Reef 28 all inclusive elite package and had access to all three of their properties. SANI provided shuttle service between our hotel and the clinic for each visit and I always felt safe and secure. I had zero pain getting the replacement crown and again, was taken great care of. I still highly recommend SANI after two years of a relationship with them and would encourage you to choose them if you need any dental work done. They make everything simple and provide excellent care. Five stars!!

After being ignored when asking for assistance, I went to my extended coverage provider and clarified issue and pointed out they made a mistake. questions I had regarding the appointment. As someone traveling for this dental work, I had basic questions for the team such as any airport transfer options, what all will be performed during my visit and how should I plan for follow ups, and the cost in pesos so I can be prepared as their card fee is quite high. No response. I'm sorry but for an office who was calling every 2 days to get me scheduled I can't get a response to these very basic questions regarding my treatment? And I refuse to believe it was an oversight as the calls and emails stopped as soon as I sent this response. Bizarre right? Don't you want informed patients? I can't think of a time I've ever asked any of my healthcare professionals for additional information and it was ignored. Anyhow, I plan to pick up my records and have my work finished elsewhere. Communication is vital when dealing with one's health, as well as good customer service and it was disappointing to learn that the customer service I received on the first visit was temporary.

l interaction was negative and unprofessional, and I now strongly suspect the wrong teeth may have been removed. On top of that, I was sold a bridge that moves when I eat and leaves a large hole in the bottom tooth area. The quality of the work was careless at best, negligent at worst. What was supposed to save me money has turned into an expensive nightmare. The pain and damage I’ve been left with is unthinkable, and I regret ever trusting this clinic. This was one of the most disappointing and infuriating experiences of my life.

me. It was what made me decide to go with them. As you can imagine, I contacted several dentists and Sani Dental was the only one who reached out to me. All the others simply sent a quote. It can be a daunting task to plan major dental surgery long distance. The fact that someone actually reached out to me was very reassuring. In March I had a crown fitted and the first part of my dental implant. The staff are the best. I was put at ease all the way. So incredibly happy I went to Sani Dental. Very modern offices in Playacar and will be going back in August to complete dental implant and other dental work. Thank you Sani Dental. transportation and lodging expenses, I paid less than half of what I would've paid in tlhe US, and in all honesty, it was the best dental care I've ever had in my life.
