WOW! Amazing! I went to Sani Dental for gum grafting august 2025 and now just went back to do the lower teeth. I had Dr Fabian Enrique Aguilar Soto and I can`t say enough good things about him. Arizona prices! The pain and swelling post treatment on the upper teeth was more than this time on the lower. This is not an easy procedure for patient or doctor. But rest assured Dr Fabian is an expert on par with any Dr from USA in the area of periodontist

We always use Sani dental when we visit Mexico. The dentists are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They never rush the process. We have had crowns, filling, cleaning, and teeth bleaching.

The worst experience I ever had. Dentist did NOT know what he was doing. I was to have ONE implant with a bone graft. DDS could not complete the work and caused MORE damage and excruciating pain. I will not go back. 8 years ago, I came here and had 5 implants, 1 root canal, sinus lift and 19 crowns. 99.5% of the work was complete in 3 days. extremely happy. So I referred over 15 people - NEVER again. That quality of the staff (Dentists) has CHANGED. Due to the amount of pain I was in - My wife, who is a retired RDHL, ADSA, DRT . She called and sent emails to get answers like -what work was attempted, what problem did DDS have (other than being incompetent) , did he perforate the sinus membrane? or nicked the MSA?. NO return phone call and did not return emails. Beware going here for dental care.

I'd been wanting to get implants for years, but couldn't afford them in the U.S. After much research, I chose Sani Dental Group for my care, and was lucky to get an incredible maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Hermes Somonte, who did 7 implants flawlessly. He & his team were outstanding every step of the way, & I would recommend his expertise without hesitation.

This facility is better than any dental office I’ve ever been the states. Staff are all friendly, place is very clean, staff are very knowledgeable, place feels very safe and the prices are amazing for all the work they performed! My experience with Dr. Soto and the dental firm was great. The entire staff was extremely helpful and caring. Dr. Soto was very patience and knowledgeable. He made sure that my dentures fit properly before leaving.

Wife contracted with them and we have had to make multiple trips back costing time and lots extra money because they cant get the dentures correct for example: bites off, reline material all over the teeth, gum line always too low. The dentures wernt cheap and Wife not Happy and Happy Wife Happy Life, but thats not today, lol

I have been a patient with Sani since 2021. Sani was referred to me by family. I have been happy with each of my treatments over the last four years. This last treatment, August 2025, was for an implant crown. Dentist was professional, knowledgeable and provided post treatment care/recommendations to keep my teeth healthy.

SANI has been a 100% let down in every way. I went in with ALL ON FOUR being an absolute NO. I am now stuck with ALL ON FOUR because the surgeon messed up an implant, so I now have an implant in me that goes to NOTHING that they are just going to leave in me. mess-ups. Hmm. It is my worse dental nightmare happening. I didn't want DIO NAVI I wanted Straumann implants. Only the best. SANI said Straumann is for old people yet, they messed it up with the Dio Navi. The Fifth implant for stabilization was put in wrong. I wanted independent implants or 3 on 6(My own Gumline) and was told I couldn't. I would have waited for grafts and healing. After I started my procedure, other places said they could have but, that's arguable. I set up the appointment ahead of time but, seem to almost be a burden to fit me in. I paid too much and am scared to let them finish but, if I don't, I'll be toothless. I was also told there would be digital smile design. This turns out to be untrue as well. Causing more issues and time delays. I made clear upfront, no alveoplasty but, they did that too. When I try to explain, I feel I am being gaslit as if I didn't ask and pay for something else. I personally want the misplaced implant out of my head but, they say they can't now without ripping out other work? I'm afraid to argue and be stuck with worse but, I am not happy at all. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else, I would. I tried to get my deposit money back for six months to go somewhere else/cut my losses and was told I would have to sign a paper not speaking ill of them first. That I would owe them any lost money if I did. I refused to sign under those conditions. I still have the emails. I feel they knew they'd already messed it up or they wouldn't have done that. Against my better judgement, I went back because I don't have time to play like that. This trip has been a bit nightmarish as well to find out about the misplaced implant. It healed correctly as I did my part. I even quit smoking to make sure after 20. I am thinking Monday, I may call it all off. It's not finished yet but, I feel after the horribly bad looking/fitting temporary dentures I had to wear for 6 months (dentures ALSO a NO from the start), that the permanent isn't going to look any better because I didn't do the smile design program/app. They are getting the wrong idea no matter how I try to convey it. Angie, the prosthodontist is great but, I feel she has too much on her plate to serve my needs fast enough and with the vision I want for my own teeth. She seems overloaded. I don't know how she does it. All on Four is NOT what I signed up for and don't want it. I am thinking I may need to let them finish so I have teeth for now and will have to go out and repay to get it corrected. I flew in from Hawaii both trips. This has cost me way too much for it to be a 100% failure. I could have it done on the mainland/USA for damn near as cheap as this is going to cost me to resolve. I also seen a review of this exact thing happening to another person. Hmm. My appointment is Monday to finish but, I may downgrade severely from Zirconia as I think I will have to redo it all. All on Six was my worse, last, acceptable option. I did ALL ON FIVE with Sani as they said it would be fine. It's not. They gave me the money back for the bad implant ($700.00) but, that was kind of a slap in the face. Their warranty should have to cover it or pay for me to go get this fixed somewhere else. I feel I am trapped. I wasted $25,000.00 in total (Including travel etc.) and am supposed to be happy with or accept less than I bargained for. I really like Angie (Prosthodontist). But I can't convey what I want to her the way it's being done. I am afraid it will leave me with less desirable outcome for the shape of my mouth. I wanted, need something a little more custom. Again, I think their warranty department needs to step up.
