The best dental experience I have ever had. The office is clean and pretty and the staff is very helpful and friendly. All of the work I had done was only a small portion of what it would have cost me in the states!! I highly recommend them!!!

1/5 stars. While pleased with my dental work, what followed was horrifying. Fresh from surgery with my four young children (ages 6, 3, 3, 2), I was ambushed in the Cobi Building lobby. Security and management falsely accused my daughter of damaging a wall (clearly an old, painted-over dent) and then claimed my son damaged a spotless table by simply picking up a pamphlet. They surrounded me, demanding pesos and threatening police action. With blood from surgery still in my mouth, my phone dying, no Spanish skills, and multiple luggage pieces, I stood crying while staff LAUGHED at my distress. My Sani Dental assigned driver witnessed this extortion attempt and abandoned me without a word - despite transportation being promised as part of my treatment. I took photos before my phone died completely. When I demanded police and security footage, they suddenly backed down: "No worries, sorry for the inconvenience." My subsequent taxi driver confirmed this is their regular scam targeting vulnerable tourists. The $83 taxi cleaned out my remaining funds. My children now have no food for 48 hours until we return home Monday. I'm stranded, unable to access more money with banks closed. This coordinated extortion attempt, the cruel amusement of staff watching while laughing at a terrified mother, and Sani Dental Cancun's complete abandonment without a single word during my most vulnerable moment is unforgivable. At Sani's Playa del Carmen location, this would NEVER happen - their staff is professional. Cancun's operation left me and my hungry children completely abandoned after surgery. BEWARE. Please also look at these pictures- my 3 year old daughter trailed her bare fingers along a wall as we walked- there is no dislodged paint, irregular edges, signs of damage theis is clearly preexisting mark on the wall. And take a look at the table. My son picked up a pamphlet off a table how did he damage it? Get real with preying on tourists and don't promise rides to people who are entrusting their care to you then just walk away WITHOUT A WORD without trying to help, without explaining or translating or anything just abandoning someone who needs you. Unforgiveable.

We are so happy with Dr Sosme for the professional service he has done for the whole family. Absolutely stellar experience in Cancun! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Dr Sosme was incredibly skilled and took the time to explain every step of the procedure thoroughly. Even when we have complications for our older son, Dr Sosme was able to recommend another good paediatric dentist in the area to help. Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in Cancun!

I travelled from Atlanta, GA to get my teeth extractions done and I'm so glad I did. I had an amazing experience at the clinic, the staff and doctors were really professional and I pretty much didn't feel a thing during the process of extractions. I got four extractions done for a fraction of what it would cost to get done in the US and the service was the same if not better!

I was truly surprised by the quality of service and care at this dental office. I live in the U.S. and had chipped a piece of porcelain from my tooth. I had it repaired with composite resin in the U.S., but it was expensive and poorly done. Since I already had a trip planned to Cancรบn, I decided to look for options there and found this office offering the best price among all the places I researched online. Because the price was significantly lower than others, I was initially a bit skeptical about what to expect. They even offered complimentary round-trip transportation, which made me even more curious about how everything would turn out. As soon as I arrived, I was attended to promptly. They carefully evaluated what needed to be done and were VERY clear about the price and procedure, which made me feel secure that there wouldnโt be any surprise charges like I experienced in the U.S. After signing the agreement confirming the price, I was taken to the dentistโs room, where the work was done with great attention to detail and care to ensure the best possible result. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for this place. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

One of the worst dental experiences Iโve ever had. I trusted Sani Dental Group for my first-ever dental crowns. I paid $980 USD for two units, placed in November 2023 by Dr. Karen Sandria. Just a few days later I experienced pain and sensitivity, and my complaints were ignored. During my follow-up in May 2024, I was told that my bite needed to be adjusted. This resulted in unnecessary grinding of healthy teeth, and a new issue with my lower jaw. I also followed their advice to remove my wisdom teeth โ only to be told by a Canadian oral surgeon that the extraction wasnโt needed at all. On top of this, when I tried to complain formally โ the clinic completely ignored me. No record of my complaint was kept. The new clinic in Playa del Carmen claimed to know โnothingโ about it. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Avoid this place.

Everyone at the clinic was great. I do wish they could fix the beeping alarm. It is incredibly annoying while you are in the waiting room and probably just needs a new battery.

This review is long over due but these guys are the most professional dentist iโve been to and iโm from Canada our dentist are awful compared to these guys. From initial contact to performing the work and everything in between the whole team was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating they perform the work in a timely manner to and donโt waste your time at all, the whole team is just very professional. I canโt say enough good things about sani dental and have recommended them to everyone i know. After my experience here i canโt even go anywhere else as nothing will compare to how good they are Iโll be back and using them from now on.
