The girls are always so friendly and treat me incredibly well. I always feel comfortable and am laughing. Between the karaoke and the great service, it doesn't feel like a doctor's appointment at all.

I went to my first appointment and the receptionist wouldn't let me bring my purse in. She expected me to leave it on the reception chair. When I complained, she told me I could leave it near her desk, saying it was their protocol. I left my appointment because I wasn't going to leave my purse at reception, where it contains my wallet with credit cards, my iPad, and other valuables. I don't…

understand why patients can't bring their purses into the waiting area. They don't even mention this when you book the appointment so you can make arrangements and avoid bringing a large purse. It's the first time I've encountered something like this. Maybe they provide good service, but leaving purses outside isn't right. If they don't want purses, they should have lockers with keys. It's that simple.

Amazing! They prioritize your dental health here, but also your well-being and comfort. It's relaxing, the staff is friendly, and they made sure I felt happy taking care of my dental needs and leaving satisfied with the results. They do their work exceptionally well. I highly recommend them! 👍

My dentist has been amazing since I moved to San Juan. The entire staff is so kind, especially the person who answers calls and texts and coordinates appointments (front desk). I was traveling during my appointment, and when she canceled, someone kindly contacted me to offer me the slot so I wouldn't have to wait so long. A 5-star staff. Many blessings to all!

Very rude front desk worker, she made my mom who's 80 years old wait 25 min for the bathroom when we both had appointments for the dentist. She rudely replied she had to do many things and ignored me. She's not capable of doing her job. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism and bad attitude she had with us.
The entire team provides excellent service, making you feel very comfortable.
