This is like a real spa. The treatment, the services, the doctor, and technicians, they are all excellent. I really like how they make one feel. We leave with a big smile!!

. Something that impressed me the most was their technology. They are extremely advanced in dental care and have state-of-the-art equipment. They even fabricate their own crowns in the clinic, which eliminates the need to wait weeks. That level of efficiency and convenience isn't something you find everywhere.

I love these dentists, they're truly the best and always treat me wonderfully. Just a quick note: they use shoe covers, and those take about 30 years to decompose, so maybe in the future they could use a more eco-friendly option. We all know how important it is to take care of the planet; it's the only place we have to live. Other than that, they're fantastic. Thanks for everything.

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rodríguez restored my confidence. He has a steady hand, incredibly precise technique, and you barely feel the anesthesia. I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., but I wasn't seen until an hour later. The appointment was for a cleaning and also for them to check on a problem with a tooth they had previously filled. cleaning and that I had only mentioned the tooth issue as an additional question because they had asked if I had any other concerns. Despite their scheduling error and the delay in seeing me, they refused to perform the cleaning because they already had another patient at 3:00 p.m. They told me they would be "doing me a favor" by cleaning my tooth, but then they couldn't work on it. They even questioned why I hadn't had the cleaning done in December, when they themselves were the ones who were unavailable at that time. Given this lack of organization and responsibility, I decided to leave. At no point did they offer me an apology; instead, they blamed me for the confusion. Very poor service and zero empathy for the patient.

A beautiful office with five-star cleanliness. You're greeted by Maresa, who is a sweetheart, and the dental assistants are super friendly and competent. Dr. Lladó is something else entirely—both personally and professionally, with knowledge, techniques, and certifications in cosmetic dentistry that few in Puerto Rico possess. 100% recommended.

Recommendation: Replace that receptionist and hire someone younger and friendlier. That's the only thing that's hurting it. The rest of the staff is friendly and very professional.

The treatment from the receptionist to the doctor was excellent, 5-star. The doctor evaluated me and explained the "rice and beans" options. I made the decision, and the result exceeded my expectations. I recommend her 100%!
