I wanted so badly to love my new smile from Sam Dental, sadly I do not. I had an All on 6 upper arch put in start to finish. anxious self. They did not have a tourniquet so tried to use a rubber glove or hanger for the bag and no tape so used scotch tape to held the IV line in. I SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT. After the procedure they dropped me off at a hotel without any narcotic painkillers. I seriously suffered until I made it to an emergency room stateside. My sinus was perforated during extraction (it happens!) but I got a fungal sinus infection that I had to have surgically removed. I SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE BACK! But I figured the hard part was over. I traveled several times to the clinic to get the permanent denture. I sent several photos of the shape I wanted. They could never get it right or even close. I strongly recommend finding and using a cosmetic dentist if the looks matter to you. The denture does not line up with my bottom teeth, my tongue rests on top of my bottom teeth and is constantly irritated. The left side is loose so it teeter totters when chewing. I cannot chew hard or very chewy things on that side. I can slide floss under that whole side My local dentists says they should have given me the snap in option for easier cleaning (I wish I knew this existed) instead I have to travel to Sam dental yearly for cleaning. The denture works and I’m no longer in pain. I think I could have one more shot to get it right, I don’t really believe it could be done by the lab they use. They need a new lab. They are very helpful and mean well but unfortunately don’t have the means to provide what is promised.

The hygienist was also amazing, making sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. What stood out to me was the genuine care and attention to detail provided by everyone. I left the office feeling confident in my dental care and actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Sam Dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental care! I travel from Louisiana to have my teeth cared for by these professionals doctors. The price are very reasonable compared to the US. And the service is top notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM DENTAL.

Sam's Dental is very professional, clean, and curtious . I recently visited their office in TJ from Canada and had 5 crowns replaced for 2475.usd 1/3 of what it costs in Canada in 2 visits on the same vacation . Great experience- they pick you up from border so you don’t need to drive- we walked cross the border and Oscar picked us up- they are so friendly and nice people. Doctor was so nice as well- she listened and took care of my 6 fillings in few hours- successfull and friendly staff. Clean place also! I highly recommend if you want to pay third of the price from US- go to sam dental!! 😊

Shows how much they care about doing good work.. The dental work is top notch and they did a zirconia bridge for me and it looks so awesome! The quality is there! I showed my girlfriend and shes so happy for me. Trust me, you won’t go wrong.. payment was also super easy I used multiple cards and used cash this has been the easiest dental visits and have never felt pressured or worried about anything..

Extremely Professional Office. Hiram is the front office manager who explains all the procedures, schedules the appointment, and even picked us up from the boarder. Wow! I have a major fear dentist so to even consider coming across the border was an added layer of anxiety but it was so worth it. From making the appointment to picking me up right after crossing over was the most easiest experience. Once there I was taken care of with efficiency and carefulness. I will continue to come here for any work needed and recommend to others.

I drove from Bakersfield to get treatment here. It was well worth the drive. I had a three unit bridge and it’s been 5 months so far I’m completely satisfied. They all treated me with so much kindness and it was such a welcoming environment. My bill was thousands less and I eneded up not even needing as much work done as I was originally told. I can't thank them enough!! I will surely be back for future dental needs and I've already referred a few people. Dr. Ana is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! She worked so hard to make sure I left content. Everyone in that office went above and beyond for me! If you are looking for the ideal dentist this is where they are at. They have such a great team here. They not only stayed open late for me they also opened EARLY just to make sure to get everything done in a timely manner. I could go on but just know this was the absolute best dental experience I've ever had. And I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist. No more of that all thanks to Sam Dental.
