During the eight months of my orthodontic treatment, I felt very well treated by everyone at the clinic, both in scheduling appointments and in the personal attention. Dr. Susana and then Dr. Irene were especially attentive to the progress of my treatment, which resulted in excellent results.

the endodontist's assistant went to ask the doctor how much it was. She understood it was nothing. Then the cashier, a woman with a dental issue, called the doctor over herself, and that's when he told her the 100 euros. Immediately afterward, in front of me, this woman, the cashier, rudely reprimanded the assistant, not even caring that there were other patients present. I don't know if the services are that good, but unfortunately, the desire to empty your pockets quickly is a priority; 100 euros is not 100 bolivars, and many Venezuelan doctors definitely take advantage of the situation.

I'm a father who came from the US, and the care my son received was excellent. The treatment was very professional, with excellent empathy from the doctor, who handled my autistic son very well. I'm a little disappointed with the gynecological consultation fees. They charge you for the consultation, and then you have to pay for another consultation just to read the test results. And they only tell you on the day of the appointment! I wasn't expecting that.
