Fast service. Dr. Dung, who filled my tooth, gave me very gentle and caring advice.
Dr. Duong gave thorough advice, and the wisdom tooth extraction was very gentle, not painful at all. The doctor and the nurse (I forgot to ask their names) were very kind. I was very afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience when I was a child, and the doctor and nurse knew I was scared, so they tried very hard to reassure me. 😭💕

After failing to convince me otherwise, he asked for an X-ray. Okay, fine, because I wanted one to take to another dentist for advice. Many people have left this dental clinic, but because it's near my house, I still want to support it. However, the quality is deteriorating, and the dentist is increasingly losing his sense of ethics. I hope that dentist reads this and learns from his experience.

Regarding your case, we have carefully reviewed the X-ray film and discussed specifically with the doctor who advised you to understand the nature of the matter, and would like to discuss with you as below. 1.a. You had 2 main complaints when coming to Sakura: toothache and the desire to replace the old filling that was no longer good. After examination, Dr. Sakura found that the old filling on the inside of the lower molar near the gum was rough and unstable, and the pain was due to periodontal bone loss in the furcation and distal root. Due to periodontal factors (pockets under the gum), the tooth is expected to last only about 5-10 more years (maximum). The problem of periodontal tooth sensitivity will not improve without root canal treatment to remove the tooth's sensation and also to avoid other complications that can occur at any time (not waiting for 5-10 years). 1.b. From determining the cause as above, Dr. Sakura explained to her why she should not fill a new filling on the inside as requested, because that solution will repeat the result of creating a bad filling like the old one (due to not being able to control saliva and related to the tooth root furcation area on the inside), and also does not solve the root cause of the problem of frequent tooth sensitivity. 1.c. Instead, the doctor proposed a solution for the periodontal sensitivity problem: root canal treatment (to eliminate the sensitivity symptoms, thanks to the tooth's loss of sensation) and crowning (to solve the problem of the old bad filling and is necessary after the root canal treatment). 2. All the points analyzed above are clearly shown on the film still kept at Sakura, which we are happy to provide so that you can review and remember the doctor's advice. However, this is a rather complicated case in terms of expertise, the optimal solution is probably to arrange an appointment so that we can have a chance to explain more fully to you: We would be honored to welcome you to the dental clinic, with the presence of Sakura's professional leader and the doctor who consulted you. the price, the assistant went downstairs to ask the receptionist, who quoted 400,000 VND per session. The receptionist didn't seem happy at all. I was unhappy but still agreed to have it done because I needed the consultation. After the X-ray, Dr. Tu came back to the room to look at the photos and asked a couple of questions. Then he told me to go home so he could consult with another doctor and get back to me. Almost a week later, he was completely silent, not saying anything or responding. I was in a situation where I needed orthodontic treatment, and this happened. If they weren't going to do it, they should have informed me at least an hour in advance. I wasted money and got no results. It's incredibly rude and time-consuming.

It's one of the few dental clinics that only provides consultations instead of aggressively selling to customers. I hesitated for a long time before daring to go for a tooth extraction. I only intended to have one extracted, but it went so smoothly, it was done in 5 minutes, so I decided to have the other three done as well. I'm really happy that all four were extracted so smoothly and quickly. It was worth the trip from District 9. 5 stars for Sskura for the wisdom tooth extraction.

The first time I saw someone get scaled and looked in the mirror after scaling. I really liked the way the doctor did it gently, it felt very clean after scaling.
