Had a great experience here, treatment and care at such high standards, would certainly recommend!
Extremely arrogant behavior on the phone from an ignorant male. He did not introduce himself and directly refused to accept a polite request for a free time for a moderately urgent case. I would not trust any service to such individuals. Please avoid!

After two missed calls from your number were seen, the same number was called. You wanted to make an appointment, to which you were kindly told that we would not be able to give you an appointment in the coming days, and we asked you, if the case was urgent, to contact other colleagues. After we understood the nature of your complaint, it was explained to you that the nearest appointment date that we could give you would not suit you, to which you exclaimed with dissatisfaction. We then ended the conversation with mutual good wishes. That is why we find your interpretation of the conversation extremely inaccurate, as well as the qualifications you give in your comment to be, to put it mildly, inexplicable, especially since we have not seen each other face to face, nor have you been manipulated into making this assessment. We have not refused an appointment, but have asked you to contact other colleagues who can see you immediately. Best regards

Requiring dental treatment, I was recommended Dr Kasakova and the results were amazing! Perfect patient care from start to beginning, cannot fault all the staff for their efforts and making sure everything was as needed to be. I was explained the procedures that needed to be undertaken. They supposedly work until 9pm, but at 7pm there's no one there, everything is closed, don't waste your time dealing with frivolous merchants
