I'm a newcomer from another city and chose RSGM UMY after reading customer reviews on Google. My impression was that the service was prompt, friendly, patient, and informative. It's good, but please improve the queue. Those who come first are prioritized even if they are the last in line. Poor my child, who arrived quickly and was in line 6 by the system. There were others who arrived later in line 2 and 4. Still, the first 2 were served first. Try a comparative study at other hospitals, but prioritize those who come first. Just provide input and future improvements.

Here, the dental check-up was comfortable, the nurses and doctors were friendly. My friend's treatment was also fast and the results were good.
The nurses and doctors are super friendly, but the security seems to underestimate me. I was once asked about going in and being asked, "Are you going to meet your intern?" I said, "HAH!?" I didn't have an appointment with Dr. Atik. You should have been polite and asked, "Who do you have an appointment with, ma'am?" Or don't even ask, it's not important.

I've been here several times for check-ups. The doctors are professional, the service is good, the waiting room is comfortable and equipped with an interesting playground for children.. great, hopefully it will continue to develop in the future.

The place is clean, the service is very friendly, and the doctor is also pleasant and friendly. The doctor's explanations are easy to understand, so I felt more at ease during the treatment. I really liked the vibe, highly recommended!
