Not recommended, very unprofessional....we have booked from noon for 19.30 for the boss....we have made an appointment not to be late so we can go straight in....we arrived at 19.20 but there were still patients...it's okay, we waited until 20.05....the patient finished, instead of us, it was another patient who went in...if it was full, they should have informed us so we could reschedule...

Very expensive. 500 ,000.00 rupiahs just for removing a piece of tooth. The doctor didn't take the patient's identity in his prescription. Really against the medical procedures.
