The service at Royal Dental Center was very satisfying. The Medan dentist was very experienced and patient when installing braces. The procedure was quick, neat, and painless. The clinic is also very clean. After a few months, my teeth looked much straighter. This place is highly recommended!

The doctor's way of speaking was sarcastic (I consulted but felt like I was being scolded because of his way of speaking), unfriendly, clueless, helpless, and unhelpful. Sorry to say, this seems like my first and last experience at this clinic, thanks.
