experiencing extreme sensitivity in one of the molars where he had placed the filling. He replied that it was normal. In the following days, I wrote to them to say that the discomfort persisted and that I was worried because I was leaving Medellín with this situation. They never offered a second appointment. As my discomfort intensified, I consulted again in the city where I live. The dentist found a tooth without any filling. I don't know if it was sealed improperly or what happened, but the filling I paid for was nonexistent. In addition to this, the tooth that had undergone a root canal was sealed without the decay being completely removed, so I had to pay for that work at this new clinic. I told them what had happened, but they ignored it; I really expected much more from a service offered throughout Provenza, in El Poblado.
