The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. BUT, I must say that everything seemed and sounded unprofessional from the second we entered the clinic. At first she said, cleaning and whitening costs 200€ then I made a couple of soft jokes to try to negotiate the price. Finally we settled for 120€ - which I found mega generous. nice person. My wife and I did cleaning sessions and I did the whitening session after. On the other hand, the doctor was the most inexperienced, most rude person and least professional I met. She doesn’t know the basics of dentistry and yet acts as if everything is under control. I asked several times to wash my mouth because the sucking pipe doesn’t work properly, she kept getting edgy and acting very mean. I said if I feel pain I‘ll raise my right hand and did so because she was touching a sensitive nerve, she kept saying that’s not pain, it is just „sensitivity“. She was not in the dentist uniform and came in like someone who‘s going out for a party. She was absent during the whole whitening process and only comes in every 25 minutes when her assistant calls her on the phone. N.b.: there were only 2 people in the clinic i.e. my wife and I. One last note: In case you pay with card they will ask you for 15% increment of your bill - don’t know according to what exactly. I will never recommend anyone to fall for this scam they call a clinic when visiting Istanbul.

Hello, Our prices and taxes are determined by Turkish Dentist Association. We tried to do our best about the price and treatment for your satisfaction. Our employees use their initiative even if it is not be often ( to make discount). Plus the dentist is very well in her job so most of our clients be satisfied after their treatments. Also we remember that your teeth were really white after your teeth whitening procedure and you also saw the conclusion. Thanks a lot for your feedback.
Hello, I was looking for a clinic to do teeth whitening. I found this dental clinic by chance and I don't regret it at all. A smiling, serious, professional team and the prices are really affordable, no surprises at the end. The treatments are painless and the teeth whitening products are of good quality.
