Amazing customer service the staff is super friendly and the doctors are great at what they do. And no this is not a fake review I’ve been here for almost two years and can prove it.

The reviews for this place are completely fake. They're not friendly when you arrive, they're always late, and the chairs look filthy—they seem covered in mud. Dr. Daniel is very young and athletic, which is why I think most of his female clients give him good feedback. t, hey! Flattery makes the patient feel like a patient when you're really just a customer. They're very clever at pleasing the client, a VERY EFFECTIVE technique in most cases, to avoid a complaint from the patient in case of negligence on the part of the specialist, and to make you say: "I'm not going to be so bad as to complain about how badly they treated me; they were very kind anyway." An ethical doctor will take the time to ask you unexpected questions before and after a procedure, including recovery instructions, to ensure you have an excellent experience. I chose this place based on the VERY GOOD reviews, convinced that you get what you pay for. And because this place is in a prime location, I thought I would get good service in exchange for paying a lot, but that wasn't the case; the expensive option ended up costing me even more. Take the time to analyze the tone and body language of all medical staff. If everything seems fine, but something tells you it doesn't feel right, listen to your gut. In short: It's good to learn from bad business experiences to develop better strategies that benefit the customer. Thanks to this clinic, I learned how to do things better and to think about the client's best interests. My pay will only be a result of how well I do my job. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! The “doctors” at this location are shady and will damage your teeth to attempt and do more procedures and get more money out of you. Stay away there google reviews are fake as well don’t be deceived.

It took an hour and a half to get me assessed, which lasted 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly, but the scheduling was terrible.
Couldn’t get my last scan to confirm progress for my Invisalign treatment. It is unbelievable! There are gaps between my teeth and it doesn’t look aligned. Even though they kept saying you can let them know if you are satisfied and they will make sure the result as expected but at the end they just ignore and disagree whatever your comment and insist they won’t do more.
