One of Vitória's newest commercial buildings, Affinity Work boasts a prime location, a wonderful view, and is well-served by elevators and parking garages, including a rotating parking system which (as of April 2021) costs R$ 4.00 for the first hour and R$ 2.00 for each additional hour.

I was enchanted by the view of Vitória Bay and the Third Bridge.

It's difficult to assess because it was a very rainy day. Parking is difficult, especially when leaving, and the person in charge doesn't give accurate information when we leave the garage.

The service at the reception desk leaves much to be desired...

The reception is great, access control, beautiful place, great location, the exit is a bit complicated, just one street, but it provides access to Reta da Penha and Beira Mar.

Very good, but you can't go in wearing flip-flops because everyone will stare, oh dear.

The building is top-notch, super modern and safe. The only thing I found strange is that despite having about 5 or 6 elevators, it always takes a long time and there are always people waiting on the floors and at the entrance.
