Warning to westerns. Do not use this service. I recently had several implants and caps performed at Rejuvie dental Bali and am not happy at all. They do not stand by their work!
Some of the many problems experienced in attending Rejuvie are
1. Implants fell out & took bone with it
2. The screw in one of the implants fell out and was presumably swallowed
3. 2 major infections indicating unhygienic practices and needing medical interventions
4. Temporary fillings disintegrated requiring 4 trips back to Rejuvie and even then by the time the caps were fitted there was little to no temperature filling left
5. My dental specialist in Australia (yes, I needed expensive specialist dental work done within months of attending Rejuvie) stated the work was unprofessional and bordering incompetent
6. The caps were not shaped like teeth with not enough room left for proper dental hygiene.
7. Implants had been placed where there was not enough bone to support the implant
8. They took no responsibility for there shoddy work other than to fly back to Bali to see them - why would I give them a 3rd chance to further their unprofessional and unethical practices.
9. Of course they disagree with my dental specialist in Australia about having a bone graft. Surely if I needed a bone graft IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO THEM FITTING IMPLANTS!
I have never experienced such unprofessional practices as Rejuvie - they are terrible and will tell you story after story to avoid taking responsibility for their work - DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I have never written a negative review and am greatly saddened that I have felt the need to do so now. I am writing this review to help others who may be conned by their supposed professional practices. They are not up to standard and even after much communication, refuse to take any responsibility for their unprofessional and sub standard practices. Rejuvie’s only response was to ask me to fly back to Bali so they could examine / fix the problems but why would I go back after so many problems with their work and 2 infections.
Because the work was considered such a low standard, I asked for a partial refund, which of course was declined.
No doubt Rejuvie will deny all responsibility and blame me but I am backed up in my comment's by 2 dental specialists in Australia who are true professionals.
The front counter staff are lovely but I suppose this is all part of the con. Don’t go to Rejuvie for you will be sorry!

These records show that the patient presented with significant pre-existing dental and periodontal issues before treatment began, including areas of reduced bone support. These conditions increase the risk of complications with implants in any clinic, whether in Bali or Australia.
All implant and restorative procedures were performed according to established clinical standards, and postoperative X-rays confirmed correct placement and initial bone stability. When the patient later reported concerns, we clearly took responsibility for the ongoing care and immediately offered full follow-up evaluation and corrective treatment in our clinic at no additional cost. This included the option of performing bone grafting if clinically indicated, which is standard professional practice worldwide.
It is important to know that the patient declined all offers of follow-up care and requested only a financial refund. No dental clinic in Bali or Australia provides refunds for completed surgical procedures. The accepted global standard is to resolve clinical issues through clinical examination and corrective treatment, which is exactly what we offered.
