(FG) Good morning, Fernando. Allow me to make a comment, which I could also make here in the office. The approach we took (estimate) was conservative and, in all likelihood, sufficient in a high percentage of cases, according to our experience and scientific documentation. It's assumed that in teeth that were previously carved in an adult, over time, the pulp that causes sensitivity tends to recede, so it's highly likely, and highly probable, that a root canal (removing the nerve) wouldn't be necessary. However, biology isn't mathematics, and what most likely wouldn't have been necessary in this case, given the sensitivity you've been observing, seems to be. But as I said, in an adult, the pulp is usually retracted, and since it's been ruptured for so long, a root canal isn't usually necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, we're at your disposal. (Me) Thank you very much, Paco, for the clarification. Although I have zero knowledge on the subject, I believe the probability of this high sensitivity was slim. But it existed. For that reason, it would have been necessary to consider it (and budget for it). With all the information—for me, cost is an essential part of it—I would have made a decision. Doctors Susana and Francisco Gómez have been treating me for forty years (previously it was their father) and I can say nothing but positive things about them... Don Francisco gave me four implants several years ago, and Doña Susana mainly attends to me with problems in the rest of my mouth... They are top-notch professionals.
My experience has been incredible. Susana provided excellent service and was very professional. Everything was superb. I highly recommend her.
I had some stains on my teeth, and thanks to Dr. Gomez and one of her treatments, they've disappeared. She also diagnosed me with bruxism, and I was able to treat it in time. I'm so happy; for me, it's a 10/10 clinic.

A terrible experience. In 2020, I had implants placed by Francisco Gómez, and the procedure was awful. In 2022, the bridge started moving, and I had to have it screwed in urgently outside of Madrid. s outrageous to charge for them when only two years had passed. I told him I believed the implants had some kind of warranty, and he said no. I went to another clinic because I wasn't happy with the treatment. Today, November 28, 2024, four years after getting the implants, they had to remove the implant that had always given me problems because it was broken. Now I have to pay for the implant again, plus three crowns, because the ones I had weren't suitable. Anyway… I must have been the only one with a bad experience, because the reviews are excellent and, from what I heard in the waiting room, I wasn't the only one who was unhappy.
