My experience was very negative. The implants were placed by a young girl. I suffered terribly and my teeth have already fallen out.
I arrived yesterday terrified, but believe me, they are incredibly kind and skilled. Wonderfully organized and they are magicians at their work, I didn't feel any pain. Super!! The cleanliness is top notch! I love Radiance!!! Highly recommended.. Thanks to my doctor Loreta and the nurses, all the staff, the fabulous Kledja and the driver.. you are all wonderful ❤️

Furthermore, all the staff, receptionists, and doctors speak both English and Italian fluently. Before leaving, I was looked after carefully over the phone by the operator, Esmeralda, who gave me all the detailed instructions. At the airport, the famous driver, Manush, was waiting for me; he was very kind and precise. They did an excellent job, something I would never have been able to afford here in London and Italy. The Radiance clinic maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness, with everything sterilized and cleaned according to hygiene regulations. Furthermore, all the equipment is state-of-the-art. I don't have zirconium dentures yet because I still have temporary teeth, but I feel reborn and, above all, I no longer suffer from periodontal disease. They are very honest in their work; in fact, Dr. Loreta saved half of my upper right arch. I will have to return to Radiance between August and September to finish the work, but I will return in the future for check-ups, and I have complete trust in the entire staff. This is my personal experience that I wanted to share, and this story is dedicated to all those who have dental problems, and I mean very serious ones, because trust me: The Radiance clinic is not just a simple dental office, but a truly cutting-edge clinic where everything is performed with hygiene, certified quality of materials and equipment, and a great deal of professionalism. Radiance is also a clinic where doctors, radiologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and nurses have a high standard of medical and professional knowledge. The receptionists are very, very kind and patient. All this work is not done for the sake of making money, but is done with humanity, caring for the patient, both through treatment and mental support. I went alone, unfortunately I didn't have a companion, but I felt super cared for and pampered. The entire team took care of me. Thank you, Radiance.

From the first contact with Radiance dental hospital everything has been straight forward and stress free. The clinic is spotlessly clean and all of the staff and doctors are 100% professional and compassionate. I was at ease straight away . My surgery for all on 6 was painless and I have minimal swelling 3 days after surgery. I would 100% recommend Radiance dental hospital

The staff were truly competent. The clinic was so clean it sparkled, you could get coffee and water whenever you wanted, and if you needed some fresh air, you could go out onto their terrace. A truly positive experience.
