Dear Stanislav, I'm supposed that I should thank culturally for your mark. First you should be honest with yourself. At the beginning, you received the price of the treatment and what it includes (clearly in written form). And that offer didn't change. And you can accept it or not, both is ok. But you wanted to know how much the aligners and material cost us and how much doctor earns through the treatment, which shouldn't be your concern. As I explained to you it is our private matter and we do not ask you how much you earn and what you spend on. Our communication towards you was never unculture or rude, we can put the same here. But it is very uncivilized of you not to show up for several appointments without canceling them at all. I'm sorry that you've mixed dissapontment with setting healthy boundaries.
