I recently had my wisdom tooth surgery done here and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Lavan explained the entire procedure clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before starting. The clinic is clean, professional, and the staff are genuinely caring. Highly recommended!
Dr. Naveen is very professional and explains everything very clearly. What I appreciate most is how she manages my expectations throughout the process, which makes the entire experience much less intimidating.
This male dentist on the evening shift is absolutely terrible! I arrived around 7:00 PM for my 8:00 PM appointment, but I didn't get to see him until after 8:10 PM, when he had already seen two other patients. at me, saying this wasn't a night market or a pasar, and asked what I thought I was doing. He said I had to pay first! How was I supposed to know if you didn't explain this beforehand? Couldn't you have just spoken politely? The service attitude was absolutely awful! The service quality was absolutely awful! 😤😡
