I was very satisfied. I came to PureDental for a wisdom tooth surgery. I didn't wait a minute longer for my appointment to start. They were incredibly kind, helpful and empathetic. The surgery was quick and precise, completely painless. I recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

I found PureDentál Dentistry on the internet, fortunately. I went to Dr. Bíborka Csegöldi, who was very prepared, very kind, treated me with the most modern equipment and great experience. I started the treatments in September, took a winter break, but I will go again in a few days. I recommend their dentistry to everyone, I am very satisfied.

The attending physician began with a detailed treatment plan and budget. Knowing my budget is important to me. with a panoramic x-ray, after which the doctor figured out that a tooth with a crown on it had not been properly root-treated and this was causing inflammation. I found this a bit strange considering that it had been done 10 years ago and I had never had any complaints about it, and I also go to the dentist every year (not here) and everyone found it fine. After I told her that I didn't have weeks to get the new crown done, so I wasn't taking it off, the doctor calmly asked if I didn't need a paper stating that no tumor was found, right? Since the source of the abscess has since been found, my answer was that there is none, I just came to have it checked. He then took X-rays of the teeth he deemed problematic. Of course, it turned out that there was nothing wrong with my teeth, I just needed a scaling. After they agreed that the dental hygienist would do the necessary scaling, I asked what to do if I still needed the paper. I expected the answer to be that they would send it by e-mail or something similar (since I had already left 40 thousand for a scaling and a bunch of unnecessary X-rays). The answer was that the scaling cost 25 thousand for 25 thousand forints. 😅 At that point I felt like I'd rather pay for the X-ray or whatever somewhere else than pay 65,000 here for a paper and a tartar removal, which would cost an additional 17,000, because that's also 2 appointments... I don't understand all these positive reviews, the five stars don't start here.
Without exaggeration, I can say that it is one of the best dental clinics in Budapest. Nice, clean, sophisticated environment, and extremely kind, patient, helpful professionals work here.
