I went to this clinic but never had the 5 star experience people were raving about. I took off from work and never sat for more than 15 minutes in the dentist's chair. I had called for a cleaning and filling but the dentist just did the cleaning and recommended to reschedule. minutes of cleaning with the dentist seeming in a hurry neglecting the fact that i was signaling for him to stop because i was already IN PAIN! I was spitting blood after the service. You should prioritize patients more than making money in 10 minutes!!! And with regards to your comment below, i work in customer service so i know how responding to really say you're sorry after the harm was done won't work on me. If your patient's are "YOUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY", you should not have done the service in 10 MINUTES and hear nothing when a patient is already saying she's in pain. People going into clinics already feel unwell before they even come to you so aggravating the situation with your lack of sensitivity even made my day worse. A doctor-patient relationship is based on trust, do you think I would still want to go back for you to "FULFILL THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE THAT YOU TAKE PRIDE IN"? I don't think so. Every business strives for the best of course, but not everyone really even understands what that mantra truly means.

In certain circumstances , fillings immediately after dental cleaning cannot be done as the bleeding gums can interfere with the setting of the filling material . It is sometimes best to wait once the gums have healed so a proper restoration can be done. Bleeding during dental cleaning is considered normal depending on the level of gum inflammation . have never seen any medical facility as clean and covid safe as that office. If I could, I would rent a desk in that office and just spend all day there.
