If you’re planning to get braces here, think twice! Before starting, I clearly told the doctor I only wanted to fix the spaces in my upper teeth. But now, I have spaces on both upper and lower front teeth! Such a waste of money and time, really disappointing experience.

I used the dental scaling, x-ray, and dental checkup package for the first time. The clinic is clean, the prices are standard, the staff answered questions in detail, and the dentist provided excellent advice and information.
The place is clean. Dr. Chris is kind and provides excellent advice on orthodontics. The staff are lovely and polite. Highly recommended.

He was quite informative, which was good. Even during the procedure, I opened my mouth. This was my fault for not telling the receptionist and the dentist that I had TMJ. Opening my mouth was painful, so the dentist had to tell me several times. Finally, he said something to me: "Don't think I'm going to do my whole mouth today. I can't even do it with just opening my mouth." To be honest, I didn't want to cause any problems. I wanted to get it done and done because I had other family matters to attend to. But after the filling was done, I could feel that my tooth wasn't the same as before. It was great that the dentist finished quickly, but I'm not sure if that was his standard. It was true that the filling was done quickly, but the pattern of the tooth that would have pits, deep grooves, and serrations were completely gone. When I pushed it with my tongue, it felt like a smooth ball of clay had been placed on it. When I used dental floss to run it between the fillings, the floss broke into several thin strands. I could feel that the gaps between my teeth were uneven. I now have several areas/teeth remaining to be filled, but I feel that if I have to see the same male doctor again, I might ask to change doctors. The first time I had my teeth cleaned, I saw a very kind female doctor.

I'm someone who is really afraid of dentists. After watching videos and reviews from other patients, I didn't hesitate and decided to consult with Dr. Chris. I felt relaxed and decided to have my dental work done with Dr. Chris. He took excellent care of me.
Today I had my teeth whitened with Dr. Praw. She's so lovely and kind! I highly recommend her. The staff were also incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back!
