Great approach to children. Very kind lady doctor checked my son's teeth and did an X-ray. Clean premises. Parking in front of the building reserved for clients. 100% satisfaction
Everything is great. Beautiful premises, children's corner and very nice staff.
I would like to thank the dentist Petra Ivančová, the anesthesiologist Tomáš Hrtánek and the nurses who assisted during the procedure under general anesthesia on my 4-year-old daughter. There was an incredible battle going on in my head whether to put my daughter to sleep or not, but I had no choice, as she did not cooperate at all during the sessions. before the procedure, so I made an appointment for a consultation. She answered all my questions with empathy, calmness and, most importantly, did not pressure me. She saw that I was scared about the whole situation, so she hugged me and said that she would take care of her. And so it happened, after the procedure, my daughter was back a few hours later with the same energy and great mood as before the procedure. Thank you very much again ❤️
The space is nice. The consultation went well. The only thing that surprised me was that their prices change every 5 minutes. The reception says one thing, and the dentist says another. Also, how much did we understand under anesthesia that the child would sleep, or at least not feel pain, but it felt like they were pulling out a living tooth (( because my son was screaming very loudly. The children managed the treatment without any problems. The doctor and the nurse are very nice. The doctor explained everything that was needed and how she would do it. A very good feeling from the whole clinic.
I am very satisfied with the treatment at the ProSmile clinic, specifically with Dr. Jass.
My first visit to this clinic was a really pleasant experience. The professional and at the same time human approach of the staff creates a feeling of security and comfort from the very first moment. Everything was explained to me in detail and the care was of a high standard. I would definitely like to come back here - I have already scheduled another appointment. I can only recommend the clinic.

Very nice dentist. We go to ProSmile with our 3 boys and they are really fantastic. smile without fear 🙏 Our little one is also afraid of doctors but he had his teeth checked beautifully because the doctor was very empathetic and managed to process it. I also decided to go to them and I don't regret it, very nice staff even for adults. If you are afraid of the dentist, you don't have to be afraid here and most importantly, no one judges you for that fear. Thank you very much from me
I went for a preventive check-up with my 2-year-old daughter. The doctor MDDr. Ivana Šulja was great. She really knows how to work with children. Perfect approach. The nurse was great, the lady at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend ♥️
I had a tooth re-endodontic treatment, where there was inflammation. The treatment took a long time because it was difficult, but it was very professional, under a microscope, the dentist and the nurse were professional. It helped me a lot when the dentist told me what they were going to do next. The price was what they informed me about in advance.
We went for a preventive check-up with our three small children and were very pleasantly surprised. The approach of the doctor and the nurse was great, they understood children and knew how to examine them so that they were not afraid.

Big disappointment with the organization. I booked an appointment at the end of December via the contact form on the website, where the client chooses a specific branch. The clinic then contacted me by email and in this way we agreed and confirmed the dental hygiene appointment for 3. 2. at 19:00. d for more than 20 minutes in the hallway, assuming that the staff would arrive at the agreed time - but no one came. I did not receive any real notification about the cancellation or postponement of the appointment. When I finally heard from the clinic, I was told that they had tried to contact me by phone. I had two missed calls, but it was from an unknown number during working hours and without any SMS or email. The clinic had an email contact available through which the appointment was confirmed, but they did not use this channel to notify of the cancellation. Wasted time and minimal effort to resolve the situation. I consider such an approach unprofessional. I am writing this review also because this is not the first negative experience with the organization and communication at the reception. I have no reservations about the work of the doctors, but reliability and respect for the patient's time should be a given. Unfortunately, after this experience I do not trust the organizational functioning of the clinic.

I highly recommend it. My son is 9 years old and has a lot of respect for dentists and he himself said that he gives them 5*. As a mother, I have to highlight the approach of both the doctor and the nurse. Very nice, smiling and especially patient. I don't regret that we chose this clinic. And of course the receptionist is nice and smiling.
Amazing environment with fish, children's corner, nice staff. The examination was very pleasant, the dentist explained to us how to take care of children's teeth, did a preventive check-up and the little one even brushed the crocodile's teeth :) I recommend
Satisfaction. My son has had braces for the second year. Very nice visible results. Extremely satisfied, Dr. Jana Linska is a super professional at a high level... The nurses are super nice, helpful and patient, because my son is very afraid, a rather demanding patient. I highly recommend Dr. MDDr. Ivan PET Šulja. Our 1.5-year-old daughter was not afraid at all with her. The second visit to her went smoothly and with a smile.
Great satisfaction :) I visit this clinic with my little son A very nice lady will greet you at the reception who will explain everything you need and the clinics are attended by wonderful young ladies.
Fantastic place. We were there with our little one for the first check-up - the child is like her father and can't stand everyone, but the doctor somehow miraculously managed to solve everything with a smile and even the little one didn't bite anything off with his two teeth. The premises are pretty clean, the people are nice... it's suspicious, but I still rate it as a small miracle!
