I noticed that she is ethical and transparent in her diagnoses, always prioritizing the patient's well-being above any financial interest. This gave me a lot of confidence from the beginning. I felt so confident in her work that I also opted to have resin fillings and whitening done, in addition to the recommended splint. I was very satisfied with all the procedures. During the in-office whitening, I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity, which is usually common in this type of treatment. The technique she used was extremely precise. Furthermore, I recommended Dr. Rafaella to my mother, who had been experiencing pain for months. She also made the splint and, after only a few days of use, completely eliminated the pain. The price is fair for the quality of work she offers, and she even gives an unlimited guarantee on the service. I highly recommend Dr. Rafaella.

The experience was incredible. I took my father, who is 73 years old and terrified of dentists, and he loved it. She was very patient, kind, has a very light touch, and left an impeccable finish. We are all her patients now.

I was sold a treatment with an invisible aligner, which I was told had a limited lifespan for the treatment. However, once it was fitted and paid for, the clinic never contacted me again to follow up on the treatment. I used it for a year without any contact, and then I stopped using it on my own. It seems to me that their only interest was in making the sale.

An extraordinary professional. Serious, competent, calm, and friendly. I hated dentists before her. I liked her so much that I had two procedures done (whitening and gingivectomy), even though I had only gone for a cleaning. I highly recommend her; she was born for this.
