It is not true that a consultation is paid for to request some information, the evaluation consultation includes: the preparation of a dental history and a clinical examination from which the orders for complementary tests that must be taken in a diagnostic imaging center are derived, it should be clarified that in Colombia it is not allowed to have these equipment within the clinical areas, for this reason you were referred to a center to one of them. 3. You were seen punctually at the time you had the scheduled appointment as recorded in your medical history, but you later returned to the office without an appointment to report that you had already taken your tests at a time when we no longer attend. We regret any inconvenience we may have caused you and the impact on your time. However, your lack of information led you to develop a negative impression of us. Even though once I received the tests, I will send you the readings with the results attached, along with the diagnosis, treatment plan, and quote. We understand your discomfort, but it is not our responsibility to see patients outside of business hours, much less without a scheduled appointment.
