It is not true that a consultation fee is charged simply for requesting information. The evaluation consultation includes the creation of a dental history and a clinical examination, from which orders for additional tests are issued. These tests must be performed at a diagnostic imaging center. It should be noted that in Colombia, it is not permitted to have this equipment within clinical areas, which is why you were referred to a center that provides this service. 3. You were seen promptly at your scheduled appointment time, as documented in your medical record. However, you returned to the office later without an appointment to inform us that you had already had your tests done, at a time when we are closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and wasted time we may have caused you. However, your lack of information led you to form a negative impression of us, even though I sent you the results, including the diagnosis, treatment plan, and cost estimate, as soon as the test results arrived. We understand your frustration, but it is not our responsibility to see patients outside of business hours, especially without a scheduled appointment.
