Dr Carlos is the best one in Colombia and I'm pretty sure around the world too. He made dental implants to my mother that didn't have bone at all in her mouth. Dr. Garcés has by far exceeded my expectations! He is very experienced and excellent at what he does. My wife and I went to him for different procedures. He was very honest and straightforward and advised us on what needs to be done even if it meant that he was paid less. He made the procedure, mine was a tooth implant, feel easier than regular cleaning! I highly recommend him!!
