I have to sadly provide 2 stars. The 1st time I went, it turned out pretty well, but they sold me the worst whitening treatment I've ever used. The 2nd visit was a complete upsell. I had a 2nd opinion on a crown he insisted needs replacing. Turns out it's completely fine. I hate the upsell, just do what's necessary and try to save your clients some money. Won't go back.

The dentist who did your cleaning and check up saw a crack on your porcelain crown and since we work with patients from outside the country we have a more preventive approach. different office. Jorge identified an infection, and instead of extracting the tooth, he recommended to redo the root canal and install a new crown, which was done successfully. In addition, he found chips on several crowns, and suggested a repair with a new material instead of a replacement.

I found the service excellent. Dr. Michel was very kind and explained the treatment in detail. The price was very reasonable; I paid $1,500 pesos for the consultation, x-ray, and dental filling. They accept credit cards, and you can schedule your appointment through their website or WhatsApp. The best dental option in Guadalajara.

Terrible service. Yazmin Vázquez is rude. Is she a dentist or a receptionist? I called to make an appointment with Dr. Alfredo because I need a crown on an implant, a dental cleaning, and other things, and she wouldn't give me an appointment. She said she could only schedule me with her because Dr. Alfredo doesn't do cleanings.
