about doing a good job. I had a deep cleaning, extractions, of root canal, some crown work done and we even made a game plan of having two implants done in the later future. What amazes me is sitting there in the waiting room watching them interact with other customers everybody got the same treatment. You're looking for a dentist office that's going to help you with dental care I highly recommend this place. Thank you at everyone at pro clinic and a special thanks to my Tocayos the Jorge's.

from intense dental anxiety as it is, feeling like I made a mistake with my booking made it even worse. The receptionist told me I could come tomorrow, or wait 25 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour, to only be told I could wait another hour. I wasted my time and money for transportation to an appointment that never happened. I don’t want to waste my time and money again trying to book an appointment with them to show up and just be told I can come back another day.

Great experience with the entire staff @ ProClinic on Av Pasec De la Arboleda 742 Jardines del Bosque, Guadalajara. My husband and I came from the USA and had very professional dental experiences multiple times. Just an AMAZING Staff including Dr Aguero! Dr Michel and Paulina all speak excellent English since we didn't speak any Spanish😄

I have taken my family members with leukemia and other bone density issues here for help. I have been back for 3 years and sometimes multiple visits per year. y researching Dr. Aguilar‘s experience and education, I consulted with him about crowns on most of my teeth. I then arranged for the crowns to be installed. I was staggered at what a good result I had and how much better my bite was. Unfortunately, I still had a problem with my rear most molars, which I had lost due to the roots being damaged as a result of braces when I was young. I have had several dental surgeons tell me the solution was implants, but they would be very difficult to install because of my fairly small mouth and the fact that they were in the very back of it. In 2022 I lost a lower pre- molar and replaced it with an implant installed by a Washington state dentist with a good reputation (or at least I thought he had a good reputation), But that implant failed. I returned to pro clinic to have the implant, which was causing a lot of discomfort , removed. Dr. Aguilar has a number of specialists available in his clinic. A very skillful endodontist in his clinic removed the damaged implant and did the necessary bone grafting so that a new one could be installed. That was in October 2023. I returned to the clinic in April 2024 to have the three implants installed, one to replace the failed implant and two more rear molars to replace my natural molars. “Felipe“ (whose last name I’m forgetting, as I write this) installed the three implants so skillfully I honestly couldn’t believe how easy he made it. I don’t think I can describe the technical aspects of the procedure except that it involves the use of computer aided design and the mapping of the jaw before this invasive procedure is commenced. He also employed a device that locates the drill so the implant can be inserted precisely. I have researched the implant process and it can be somewhat dangerous and prone to failure. The success of implants is largely a result of the newest technology being employed together with a very skillful practitioner. Felipe certainly demonstrated that he knew how to use the technology and the procedure went quickly because of his extensive experience and skill. I returned in the middle of July 2024 and had four crowns installed. In addition to the crowns for the three implants, I had broken an incisor recently due to bruxing. The outcome was about as perfect as you could hope for and I now have a full compliment of teeth, I am able to much more effectively chew my food with the new molars and my smile looks fabulous. I only wish the rest of my features looked as good as my dental work. I have the highest level of confidence in Dr. Aguilar and his colleagues. This clinic gets an A+ rating from me. h a Facebook group, I already had some understanding and information about the treatment plan. I contacted Dr. Alfredo, and we began discussing the fine details, timetable, and cost. Despite having all the information, I still had reservations about going to Mexico for such an extensive procedure. However, Dr. Alfredo's detailed answers and apparent professionalism convinced me to schedule an initial short visit. I wanted to see the office, meet the staff, and undergo the initial CT scan. Upon arriving in Guadalajara and meeting Dr. Alfredo and the team, my intuition told me to proceed with the treatment. I underwent a week-long treatment (surgery) in March, followed by a subsequent visit at the end of June for fitting and the final Zirconia pieces. It took about five months from the initial visit to the final one to complete the process. I couldn't be happier with the results, both functionally and cosmetically. No detail was too small for Dr. Alfredo and the team to consider. While the process was not easy, it was incredibly satisfying in the end. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Alfredo, the logistics and office manager Mr. Riccardo, oral surgeon Dr. Felipe Casillas, Dr. Jorge Corte, the front office team, and all others involved in this complex effort. I highly recommend this office.
