I really love this clinic. The staff are extremely friendly, and of course, Dr. Ong is simply the best. He is gentle, soft-spoken, and always does his best to ensure that patients feel comfortable. Had a good experience with this clinic. The staff are courteous and Dr Ong is meticulous with his dental work! Doctor: Share all the information, choices and risk before doing any procedure. He is very friendly and nice. No hard sell. Price: I only go to here and another dental clinic before. Scaling price here is cheap. While tooth extracting I am not sure as i have no other for comparison, but it’s reasonable price for me, and worth for all the value and service given.
Dr. Ong is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so patience, gentle and yet professional. Even the front counter and the nurses are very nice too. Definitely will come back for dental check-ups for sure. Highly recomended this clinic

Been my go-to dentist since I found this place a few years ago. The place is clean, comfortable, and Dr. Ong is very gentle yet professional. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable too. Remember to book in advance because Dr. Ong's services are always in demand!

My dad had his tooth extracted by Dr. Ong. The whole process was pain free even during injection of anesthesia and post extraction. Dr. Ong is very professional and very gentle in handling his patients. Also, front desk receptionists were polite, helpful and professional. Primecare Dental clinic is definitely one of the best dental clinic in Penang.
