At first, I was confused because the doctor wanted to treat 3-4 teeth at once, seemingly wanting to get it over with. The staff were rude, and the doctor became less kind and unhelpful, not at all appropriate for a child. My child's lip was severely swollen afterwards. When I contacted their page, they said my child was struggling and crying loudly. You should assess each child's readiness, not just focus on making money. It was terrible; I have to take my child to the doctor again because I'm afraid the swelling will burst. Choosing this clinic for my child's first dental visit was a huge mistake. It has left my child terrified of dental work. As a children's clinic, you should understand children better. As a mother, my child's lip gets swollen every time we go there. I will not return. You should take more responsibility instead of blaming the child. I chose this clinic because you advertised children's dental care, even though it was more expensive than elsewhere. Judging from the picture, it looks like our child rubbed against a clamping tool because after it was done, it was swollen, red, and puffy, and by evening it was all blistered.

I had an appointment with a pediatrician at 11:30 AM. I arrived 5 minutes early, but found that the clinic allowed a celebrity to skip the queue and get treatment at the time I had booked. I found this unacceptable.
