If I could give Premium Dental Care and the entire staff 6 stars, they really deserve it! I have known the doctor since 2012, I have never met such professionalism and expertise anywhere, even though I have lived in Italy for over 7 years, and I was disappointed there too, and then I will still have everything redone at Premium Dental Care :). It is simply a TOP clinic!!!

I had my wisdom tooth extracted at this clinic. Everything went fine.
I am writing this review about 2 month after my treatment. Dr. Oleksii Siedakov is a good specialist, but sometimes he was a litte rude. He speaks at least Russian, Ukrainian and Czech (probably English too). I would recommend you this clinic to visit.

performance often takes longer than with another dentist, but this is due to the fact that he does everything honestly, qualitatively and painlessly. He explains everything in detail, he pays attention to you. The result of his work will then make you happy every day when you look in the mirror. That's my experience, I recommend it to everyone.
Amazing! They were highly professional and I have so much gratitude for the staff and the doctor who helped me out with an emergency while I was traveling over a weekend and while it being after hours — which is a testament to their generosity and understanding. The office is one of the cleanest and nicest I’ve seen anywhere in the world. I can’t recommend them anymore than I am.

one of the best dental clinics I`ve been to. Went there for the operation that was done on the top level. I`m always falling unconscious and the doctor didn`t even charge me for the anesthesia when I threw up and he could not carry on (that was our first attempt)... I mean, this tells you a lot about how much they carry about the patients. can only recommend!
Dr. Siedakov is the best dentist I have ever met. He tries to make all procedures completely painless. He applies anesthesia so that you don't even feel it. The doctor is very precise, so you have to lie down for a while during the treatment, but it's worth it. The best doctor there can be! The doctor has great patience. He explains everything beautifully, clarifies it and is careful so that nothing hurts. I don't want to go to anyone else. e significantly improved the overall impression: - Upon arrival, I was a little surprised that an employee was sitting in the waiting room with a phone in her hand among the patients. There was no greeting or assurance that the receptionist would arrive - and there was no one at the reception. - Of course, I understand being late for over 30 minutes, that can happen. But asking if I should hurry up, after such a long wait, seems more like a smile than a help 🙂 - During the treatment, it was quite noisy - repeated slamming of doors, visits from colleagues... I would personally appreciate a quieter environment. It's just a bit of an intimate matter for me and I expect the full attention of the staff. - Communication during the procedure could be better timed - it's really difficult to answer with a rubber band in your mouth 🙂 Maybe it would help to discuss all the questions beforehand. - And a final little thing: when the ultrasound is on, you can hardly hear anything. The hygienist talked quite a lot, so I hope I didn't miss anything important 🙂 Overall, I believe that these are just small details, which significantly affect the final impression.
