extremely kind and helpful young lady accompanied me throughout my treatment anyway just to ensure I understood everything and didnt get lost in the building. She even gave me some sightseeing tips. I had an x ray, ct scan, composite filling, and amalgam filing for the equivalent of 43 gbp. The dentist gave me another treatment option, which he felt would be better, but this would've meant going back in 2 weeks time, which I couldn't do as Id already have left Ho Chi Minh. The clinic messaged me later in the day and also the next day to check everything was ok. There was no attempt to upsell any unnecessary treatments. Premier Dental was so much better than my own dentist back in the UK that I'm seriously considering returning to Vietnam in the future to have some cosmetic procedures done. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I absolutely would. An amazing experience especially for such a low price. Ty to Rachel and everyone at Premier Dental!

I had multiple consultations with the two surgeons Dr Celine and Dr Albert prior to having work done. They were very patient and genuinely interested in collaborating to come up with the best solution to address my tricky dental issue. I definitely recommend Premier Dental, they really want the best for you and are committed to a very high standard of care.
They were amazing! I had a dental check-up and clean. Staff were amazing (thank you Kate, dentist Timmy and Nurse Hoa). They were friendly, kind and gentle. All speak English which was great. The Premier Dental team noticed I was struggling and quickly reassigned me to Dr. Patrick Luu, which made the experience much smoother and more comfortable. This trip, I came back for scaling and polishing, a filling, and new retainers. I mentioned that my previous retainers from my home country were flimsy, and I appreciated how the clinic accommodated my needs with sturdier, better-fitting retainers. dentist was actually drilling into the bone. Had to have the tooth extracted. Now dealing with infection and need an implant at considerable cost and with a lot of pain. The problem is dentists in Vietnam think they can perform a procedure they are not qualified to do.
I received only professional advice and excellent care at Premier Dental. They were very accommodating to my needs for veneers, and I’m so thankful for the results. The staff were kind and caring throughout the process. As an expat, it was especially comforting to experience such honesty in both their services and financial plan. Highly recommended!

planned treatment. Very professional yet friendly service when we got there. I ended up getting my crown placed (only took 2 days!) from sizing, taking images, trying on and cementing the crown. Super fast and efficient service, thanks Dr Ritchie, he also cleaned and polished rest of my teeth. For the wisdom teeth extraction, I got referred to Dr Celine (oral surgeon), she recommended to take all of the wisdoms out (as I wished), to eliminate any problems in the future. The procedure was quick and painless, I opted for IV sedation plus local anaesthetics, everything went smoothly, post op instructions was clear and easy. Her stitches over the extraction site was very well done, left no gaps or holes (I myself is a nurse, have seen many surgeon's stitch work). Overall very efficient service. The doctors and surgeons are very knowledgeable and experienced, and the other support staff very friendly, especially Kate the customer service representative, she gave us lots of reassurance and also cool places for food and tourism afterwards! Thank you Premier Dental, a very worthwhile visit while in Saigon, Vietnam, I highly recommend 😊 Enjoy some photos of my healing post extraction, as I did not take any photos at the clinic.

I opted for ceramic teeth for the front, & can I just say—the artist who made & coloured those teeth is incredibly skilled! The attention to detail with the shaping & colour matching was outstanding. You honestly can't tell which of my teeth are real & which are part of the denture. Went here for my broken retainers. Everyone is very helpful. Its been fixed within 5 minutes and they did not let me pay anything. Very kind of them.

Honestly I’m so upset. I got 3 molar fillings done here - 2 out of 3 of them are now very sensitive when eating. They were not previously sensitive at all. This tells me that although you drilled the holes in my teeth to make room for the fillings, you did not fill the hole back properly! Ridiculous
