I found it significantly more expensive here than other places, more than double the price, not just a little. Also, they charge extra for the orthodontic consultation. Two appointments cost 500,000 VND, and I only got X-rays, dental impressions, and photos of the inside and outside of my teeth – nothing much more than other places. And I wonder if anyone else noticed the short-haired, curly-haired woman at the reception desk seemed a bit impatient? In short, I found it expensive, not just for the consultation but also for the braces themselves.

The results after 2.5 years, and I'm very satisfied. I'm happy with Dr. Van's professionalism and meticulousness throughout the orthodontic treatment, the receptionists who were always gentle and enthusiastic, and the assistants who were also very lovely. 🫶 …

In short, words can't express it – 100 points! Dr. Van and the staff are incredibly dedicated and attentive. Dr. Van is exceptionally skilled; I had a botched orthodontic case from another clinic, but she still took me in and fixed it with excellent results. Overall, thank you very much to the dental clinic.

My results after 2 years and 10 months at PP Dental My case: protruding upper jaw, widely spaced lower jaw, receding gums (I used to use toothpicks and then push them back with my tongue, which only made them more and more spaced T.T) Before getting braces, I consulted many online groups, selected reputable articles, asked acquaintances who had braces, and compiled a list of trustworthy dental clinics in Da Nang for consultations. My criteria for choosing a dental clinic were: qualified and experienced doctors; good clinic facilities; costs that fit my budget; and most importantly, 100% of the consultations performed by the same doctor during the treatment. (I advise those preparing for braces to visit as many clinics as possible and make their own decision). After visiting several places: - One dental clinic came for a consultation, showed me X-rays, asked me to sit in the chair for a short observation, and then gave a conclusion. - At the dental clinic, they took impressions and provided consultation in one session, but on the day of payment, additional costs arose (because they didn't clearly explain the cost of tooth extraction from the beginning) -> I almost got braces there, but because of the lack of clarity, I changed my mind. - At PP, there are two consultation sessions: the first is to bring X-rays, take impressions, etc., and they will schedule me to come back in about 5-7 days to hear the details of the treatment plan and costs. Back then, most dental clinics would do a consultation in one session, but I was impressed with PP because I felt the doctors were very well prepared for each patient. In the second session, the doctor presented the treatment plan and all the costs from A to Z so I could understand everything. => At that time, PP was the best option for me. I also chose PP because the consultants were lovely and enthusiastic; I was a patient but also a customer. Result: The attached image is the result. Overall, my orthodontic treatment was worry-free. Dr. Ai Van and the staff at the dental clinic were all lovely, gentle, and cheerful. I got my braces treatment during the time she was giving birth, and the check-ups weren't interrupted at all, hahaha. Awesome! P.S.: In my case, the dental clinic quoted a slightly high cost for wisdom tooth extraction. I had one impacted and misaligned tooth, and one slightly misaligned tooth. However, the clinic didn't force me to have my wisdom teeth extracted there. You can consider your options; I had mine extracted at the hospital, which was a little cheaper.

The clinic is clean, and the doctors, assistants, and receptionists are all very dedicated and provide enthusiastic advice. I remember the first time I went for a consultation, and when I returned the next time, the staff recognized me and called me by name. This positive feedback made me feel reassured and led me to decide to get my braces here. And I feel truly confident in choosing PP for my treatment. 🩵🩷

As a patient who had braces removed, I rate this dental clinic highly for its quality of service, from the skill and expertise of the dentists to the assistants and consultants. Everyone at the clinic is very enthusiastic and friendly. I feel very satisfied with my experience here.

I did thorough research on Dr. Van and the clinic before deciding to get my braces here. From the first consultation until now, almost 9 months after starting the treatment, the receptionists, assistants, and even the doctor have all been very gentle and enthusiastic, answering all my questions attentively. The clinic was very clear from the beginning about consultation fees, treatment fees, and any additional charges (if any), so I felt reassured. I'm still very satisfied. I advise everyone, no matter where you get your braces, to research the doctor beforehand and proactively ask questions during consultations because it's your right. I didn't intend to leave a review, but I happened to read another review that seemed illogical 😆

I recently had a consultation for orthodontic treatment at a dental clinic and wanted to share a few things: 1. This is the only dental clinic I've visited that charged a 200k VND consultation fee. I didn't know if the consultation was accurate or if the doctor had the necessary expertise, yet I already paid. I also don't understand what benefit they think their consultation provides to patients that they charge such a fee. 2. After paying for the consultation, the first session involved taking photos, a preliminary examination, and taking dental impressions. The second session involved listening to the doctor talk about orthodontic treatment, which took about 3 minutes, followed by a price consultation and contract reading, which took about 5 minutes. The total consultation time for both sessions was about 20 minutes for 200k VND. 3. The 3-minute consultation included: which parts of the treatment would be needed, and the components that would be fitted into the mouth (which would incur costs). In summary: I didn't understand what the doctor was saying, what problems my teeth and jaw had, why I needed braces, or the purpose of orthodontic treatment. 4. Price: Initially, I found the consultation fee strange, but I paid it because I had planned to visit this place for research. However, after two consultations, I found it even stranger. The consultation focused mainly on correcting the lower jaw; the upper jaw wouldn't be significantly affected (all other places I've visited said they could correct both jaws), but the price was the same as other places, even though they only focused on one jaw. Furthermore, costs for teeth cleaning, fillings, or any other expenses during treatment were all separate and not included in the package. This is the first place I've seen with such a service. Conclusion: Spending 200k VND and two consultations, plus gas and travel expenses in this hot summer weather, felt completely pointless and not worth it. Even 50k VND isn't worth the cost of two consultations at this dental clinic. I hope you reconsider your service methods and the dentist's expertise. I'll happily give it 2 stars, but honestly, 0 stars. Truly pointless.
