We had to ask ourselves, and were told that there was only one dentist and we had to wait for two more patients, estimated at 30-40 minutes. That's what the staff told us. After the scheduled time, we waited another 20 minutes. We had to ask again, and received the same answer: only one dentist, another 20 minutes. We booked at 4:00 PM, and it's 6:00 PM now, and there's still no sign of us getting treated. "What kind of terrible service is this?" And we don't even know if we'll actually have to wait another 20 minutes. They said it would be 30-40 minutes, but we still haven't been treated. Why are they so inconsistent with their word? Is this a clinic full of salespeople who don't care about customer service and don't even have dentists? In short, we waited for over two hours, and there's absolutely no sign of us getting treated. Even though the clinic was practically empty!! I'm so confused about how many people are ahead of me in the queue. This is another voice sharing my terrible experience using their services. I deeply regret bringing my boyfriend and recommending friends to this clinic. Patients come for treatment due to toothaches and gum pain, enduring the hassle and trusting them, only to waste their time. I am extremely disappointed with the clinic.

Appointments are never on time. Even if I arrive early, I have to wait. The longest wait was 1.5 hours. - I make appointments 45 minutes before the doctor's scheduled appointment, but they leave me waiting without any reason. "It's confusing." - Some doctors seem to just do it. Every time I pull, my mouth almost tears. - The clinic's solution is always an apology. No real improvement or measures are taken. - This clinic shouldn't have multiple branches. A single branch would be more than enough. If there were negative ratings, giving it one star would be excessive.
