I was on vacation when I got a toothache and thought I'd have to go back to Guadalajara for treatment. Thank God I found Playa Smiles and Dr. Ceci, who treated me wonderfully and painlessly. They saved my vacation! I highly recommend them!

A special thank you to Bryan Martinez, my go-to for everything from booking to information. His customer service has been outstanding—he’s truly an asset to both A1 Smile and to patients like me. I also want to acknowledge the doctors and staff who cared for me: • Dr. Brenda, along with Victoria & Jaz, who worked on my two front crowns (they were amazing with scans and support). • Dr. Victor, who removed, placed, and cemented my crowns. • Dr. Alexandra, who placed my implants, assisted by Dr. Irene. •. The photo shoot by Adrian is amazing and fun. • And of course, Jorge Caro, who explained and broke down pricing in a way that was simple and easy to understand. Every single one of these professionals has my heart and gratitude. 🙏🏽 They were not only skilled, but also kind, caring, and comforting—making me feel at ease every step of the way. I went to the Playa Smiles Dental Office located in Cancun/Playa Del Carmen Mexico to have 2 badly infected molars with broken crowns extracted, root-cannel on my top front tooth, 2 fillings, and deep cleaning all completed within a week during my vacation. try to do unnecessary dental work which saved me a lot of money and time. The dentist in the USA quoted $10K for their dental work and I only paid $700 at Playa Smiles (of course that does not include any implants, crowns, or partials because the lab in Mexico requires 10 working days to make them). However, I completed all the major dental work at a fraction of the USA cost at Playa Smiles and I need time for my gums to heal before taking the next step. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and with Playa Smiles. Please keep in mind that Playa Smiles does not have a big fancy office or front desk area like the USA (which I am sure is included in the USA pricing); However, the dental facility, equipment, and dentist are top notch. They even worked around my vacation schedule, so I did not miss any of the planned tourist attractions or tours with relatives. If you are in Playa Del Carmen, I highly recommend this dental office.

Be careful, I went for a dental cleaning, and a woman accidentally cleaned too deeply and then brushed it off as if it was nothing. She even said my gums would grow back. The other dental hygienist had to correct her and tell her no. I've had sensitive teeth for over a month.

From the first appointment, the dentists and receptionist have been attentive, thorough with the process, explained the procedure step by step, and, above all, were punctual. Something unfortunately rarely seen in the medical field.

Alejandra was amazing, first she cleaned my teeth, then I came back and got them whitened. Very good prices and I’m very happy with how white my teeth are. I think in the US it would have been very expensive. Very good investment, easy process, and great time overall 👍 …

Got my retainer done here as my old one broke while travelling in Playa. Service was super nice, fast and retainer is amazing. Doctor and the team are extremely lovely people, speak English and are very helpful! Back at home I’m working in the dental office, so trust me when I say the service was really good! :)

I arrived to Playa Del Carman in extreme pain my Crown was cracked & needed replacement. Doctor Alejandra Figueroa assessed & started with the treatment plan to replace the Crown with precision. Ricardo and Cecilia provided excellent care. Besides being highly professional, they are also incredibly kind and compassionate! They're a rare breed these days. They referred me through my insurance, they managed my pain, listened to me, and then followed up a few days later! Here's to many more Ricardos and Cecilias in this world!
