I arrived at the Platinya clinic for a hair transplant and a neck lift. The service was excellent, and the car was very luxurious with a TV, Wi-Fi, water, etc. Many amenities. if you don't have a Spanish translator available, they speak very basic English, which was helpful for communication, as they checked my blood pressure and pulse every four hours. Now all that's left is to wait and see the final result.
Great service from my consultant, Leonardo, the nurses, the cleaning staff, and the exceptional surgeon. They picked us up at the airport, took us to the hotel, and after some sightseeing, I had my cosmetic treatment and am very happy with the results. I would recommend it to all my friends. Excellent service from beginning to end, from our advisor and translator Leonardo to the entire staff. The night nurses deserve a 10/10 for their outstanding care, but everyone, without exception, was wonderful. The airport pickup, the hotel, and the doctor all provided excellent results.
